Las Rosas Restaurant
Description
Las Rosas has quietly slipped into the neighborhood just 75 meters south of the Santa Teresa football field, and it’s already winning hearts with a playful fusion of Argentina-meets-Costa-Rica comfort cooking. Think traditional pinto and casados, but kissed with Argentine flair. The menu is big and beach-day friendly — bowls, burritos, rice dishes, patacones, potato and sweet potato fries — and yes, the homemade schnitzel is the sleeper hit (pretty much the only place in town serving it). Plates are generous, prices sit comfortably in the mid-range, and the whole place feels like a warm, no-rush spot to fuel up before or after a surf.
